Strange Sleeping...

Andrew and I always go into the boys room before we go to bed at night. So like normal I walk into Ethan's room and walked over to his bed to what looked like the blanket over him, but the bed was empty. I stood there for a second puzzled as to where he could be. I looked under the crib he no longer sleeps in, no Ethan. So I turn around to go look in Eric's room for Ethan; only to see Ethan sound asleep on the changing table! So I went and got Andrew and the camera, after taking a picture Andrew so sweetly picked Ethan up and placed him back in his bed!

the laundry room...

Wanda took Eric for the weekend, so as normal I cramed as much as i could into the weekend without a 4 1/2 years old running around. I wanted to put up shelveing up in the laundry room for the boys toys (to get it up off the floor.) I also have been looking for a cabinet to hold all my cleaning items for lock up. so off to Home Depot we went, and not only did we find the shelving that i wanted but we found the cabinet and child proof locks! I had gone to the dollar store and bought 10 buckets to hold all the toys. So here are before and after pictures of what we did over the weekend.

So Eric is in v.b.s at the church where he attends preschool this whole week! Can you say Yeah! 3 hours from 9-12, mon-friday! Okay so this afternoon (monday)we (meaning Ethan, Eric, and myself) were headed to the mall to return some items and Eric asks me who lives in heaven? So I then ask Eric who lives in heaven. He then replied "God, lives in heaven." I then said "you know God can live in your heart also, do you want God to come live in your heart?" Eric said yes, and then he repeated (a child's version of asking God in his heart.) I welled up with tears as I'm driving 60 mph down the freeway.

My handy Hubby...

So Andrew got a wild hair and wanted to put knobs on our cabinets. I didn't think they would look nearly as good as it turned out! Here's what he did!

Tall Ships...

I was able to take Eric to see the Tall Ships in Tacoma the day before the 4th. Wanda had Ethan for the night so we wanted to do some cool things with just Eric. Here are some pictures from the Tall Ships, and dinner at Denny's!

Wild Waves...

thanks to a friend I was able to take Eric to wild waves (our local water park) for half the cost! Eric got to go down a big boy slide all by himself, which he liked alot. we had a blast with our friends April and Gage, thanks again!
