I'm really thinking I should go into photography; I did this impromptu photo shoot with Abbey yesterday. After editing these here is what I got... Ahh isn't she a doll!?!

I was thinking how I can make my annual birthday letter to Patty special this year. I decided that the blog would be different and cool. I will also copy this for you Patty so you have a hard copy!
I have known Patty for just shy of 24 years. I knew the first time I meet you that you would make a HUGE difference in my life. And you have done just that! We have walked through some very difficult times, times that no one else would dare to stand next to me; but you stayed. We have had some great memories traveling, some life threatening experiences on said travels! Great time painting, in class, the set of wizard of oz, or talks over the phone while your working. We have a special way of pushing each other to reach personal goals without rebelling against the other. I don't know anyone else I would rather look up to, you are a wonderful wife, mother, friend, artist, singer, the list goes on and on, but most of all you have showed me how to have a better relationship with God. I honestly don't know what life would be like without you! I'm so grateful to God for blessing me with our relationship; it truly is one of a kind! I love you more than I can write down or ever say. So today and every day I hope you know how much you are loved, and that this little girl was forever changed the day you walked into her life~

Life in Pink...

We all are so in love with this little girl. Eric and Ethan always are checking on her, and wanting to hold her; it's sweet to see them with her. Abbey has a gentle additude, (for now anyways)she only cries when she's hungry, or is poked by a needle.

Introducing Abigail Patricia...

She was born 5 days past her due date to have an April 1st birthday, No joke! From the very first contraction to delivery labor was 2hrs 48 mins! Her stats 7lbs 3oz 20 inchs long, born at 9:48am; She is just beautiful!

We are almost ready...

We are all on the count down to Abigail's arrival! Andrew and I have a lot planned today while Eric is visiting his Grandma for the weekend. We (Andrew) is making a pantry out of our down stairs hall closet, while I sponge paint the kids bathroom. There are only a few little rooms still needing paint and the white walls look gross! I figured it was time, since who knows when I'd be able to get around to it after Abbey comes! Yesterday we received Abbey's Easter dress, and the boys new shirts I ordered off etsy.com (you can find below!)

2. Today I am thankful for: even though it's difficult sometimes, but being able to be a stay at home mommy!

3. My best friend is: Andrew, I'm so blessed to be his wife and have him there to support me! Then there's Patty, there are no words to express what our relationship has done for me! Then April and Claire, you are always there even if it's just to pray for me in the middle of life's messes!


4. A quirky thing about me is: I am double jointed in both my index fingers, I can touch my tongue to my nose

5. This weekend: I'm going to be sponge painting the kids bathroom, the white walls are gross

6. Something that worries me: I honestly try to give everything to God, but there are those times when I just want to hang on to whatever it is.

7. On my night stand you would find: a lamp, stack of books, tv remotes, my cell phone, my sons ds, and right now a bag of whoppers!
