We are trying to get Ethan off his binkie, pray for us now! He loves his binkie, but has a blankie that he can't go anywhere without. I don't know if this is the best time but all we can do is try!

day one...
Ethan has totally floored me, at first he had a huge fit and didn't take a nap. At bed time he asked for it only a handfull of times and understood that they were gone. No fight, and he hasn't asked for it today (so far!)

Haha. I've heard so many "Binkie Fairy" stories lately and it makes me glad that we never had to deal with that (I always throw them out when my babies are around 3 months so they don't get too attached). Good luck, from what I hear, you'll have your weening work cut out for you.
